With over 20+ years of experience in construction and engineering, Dave Freese has built a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for the people he serves. After decades of success with Freese Construction, Dave founded Cadence Homes with a simple but powerful mission: to make high-quality new homes attainable for more people, without cutting corners or sacrificing the details that make a house feel complete.

What Dave considers standard, many other builders label as upgrades, features that should be included from the start, not added later at a premium. His goal is to remove unnecessary costs and surprises, giving buyers the opportunity to own a thoughtfully designed, move-in-ready home that fits comfortably within their budget.
